Polenta Panino with Turkey, Cranberry, and Manchego





Thanksgiving is over—and once again, fridges across America are filled with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, and pie. Give this post-holiday treat a try: my Polenta Panino with Turkey, Cranberry, and Manchego. Gussied up in Italian clothing, this turkey is like a whole new bird.
