It's finally arrived. You know, the biting, bitter winter weather, the kind that whips into you mercilessly every time you venture down the block to the subway. The kind that works up the appetite and instills a craving for comfort, familiarity, and substance. Nothing fancy, just warm and satisfying. Like, oh, a nice charred-on-the-outside, pink-and-juicy-on-the-inside burger. With a pile of hot, crispy fries and a flavorful beer to wash it all down.

Fully aware that I, and especially Brian, will require many burger fixes over the coming months, we've spent the last few weeks investigating the situation in Forest Hills. And I wrote about it for About.com.
